Michał Prymas is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He has a Europejska Akademia Umiejętności Menedżerskickich (European Management Skills Academy) diploma from the Warsaw School of Economics. He also graduated from Postgraduate Studies in Local Government and State Treasury Organisational Units Management at the Economic University and Postgraduate Manager Studies at the Poznań School of Banking.
Michał Prymas has carried out two key projects connected with the organisation of the UEFA EURO 2012 in Poznań. In 2008 he was appointed vice-president of the EURO Poznań 2012 consortium, with the assignment of modernising the Municipal Stadium. He was responsible for developing the concept of the Stadium’s commercialisation. From 2008 he served as the Mayor of Poznań’s UEFA EURO 2012 plenipotentiary and the head of the EURO 2012 Bureau and was responsible for the integration of UEFA EURO 2012 in management areas of interest in Poznań, including the organisation and management of the Official Fan Zone, and the optimising of the costs of its function.
Michał Prymas has 15 years experience in the management and implementation of various projects in Poznań. As the president of MPGM SA he was responsible for the thorough restructuring of the unprofitable company, to make it profitable once again. He is the originator of the practical solutions which have reduced the costs of the administration of the magistrate in Poznań. Since 2009 he has been a member of the Management Board at Andersia Property sp. z o.o. in Poznań.
